Role & responsibilities Manage and track inventory levels, stock movement, and asset records across locations Maintain accurate and updated inventory databases , including asset tagging and serial number tracking Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for procurement, dispatch, and stock reconciliation Conduct regular inventory audits , verify stock levels, and investigate discrepancies Ensure timely stock replenishment and proper documentation of incoming/outgoing items Work closely with the finance and operations teams to align inventory with project requirements Implement and monitor inventory control systems and standard operating procedures Maintain compliance with organizational and industry-specific inventory standards Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, asset management, or warehouse operations Hands-on experience in stock tracking, vendor coordination , and documentation processes Familiarity with inventory management tools or ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP preferred) Strong Excel skills for data recording and reporting Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities Must be based in Delhi/NCR and comfortable working from the Noida office
