Description
As a member of the team at Agivant, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Digital Transformation Officer and the technical team to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions leveraging AI, automation, and other new-age technologies. You will participate in the entire lifecycle of solution development, from ideation and conceptualization to design, prototyping, and implementation. Additionally, you will conduct market research and analysis to understand emerging technology trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs. Your contributions will be valuable in developing Agivant's intellectual property (IP) and solution accelerators. Furthermore, you will assist in creating compelling value propositions, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate the benefits of new solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Your role will also involve working with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions. Supporting the CDTO in strategic initiatives related to digital transformation and innovation will be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) from a Tier 1 institution. - MBA degree from a Tier 1 business school. - Passion for technology, specifically in AI and new-age IT solutions. - Understanding of the evolving Indian IT services landscape and the impact of AI disruption. - 3-4 years of professional experience in technology consulting, product development, or solution architecture. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Proactive and self-driven attitude with a desire to learn and grow. - Intellectual horsepower with the ability to grasp complex technical and business concepts quickly.
