Job Description

Collaborate closely with the Chief Digital Transformation Officer and the technical team to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions leveraging AI, automation, and other new-age technologies.
Participate in the entire lifecycle of solution development, from ideation and conceptualization to design, prototyping, and implementation.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand emerging technology trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs.
Contribute to the development of Agivant's intellectual property (IP) and solution accelerators.
Assist in the creation of compelling value propositions, presentations, and other materials to communicate the benefits of new solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Work with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
Support the CDTO in strategic initiatives related to digital transformation and innovation.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) from a Tier 1 institution.
MBA degree from a Tier 1 business school.
A strong passion for technology, particularly in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and new-age IT solutions.
Demonstrated understanding of the evolving Indian IT services landscape and the impact of AI disruption.
3-4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in areas such as technology consulting, product development, or solution architecture.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A proactive and self-driven attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Intellectual horsepower and a proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts.
