Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement streamlined startup pipelines for efficient evaluation by committees.
• Write proposals and secure government grants for startup initiatives.
• Design and execute incubation programs to support early-stage startups.
• Create and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve internal operational efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes for multiple positions within the organization.
• Track and guide early-stage startups through regular office hours and mentorship sessions.
• Establish and oversee prototyping labs to support startup development.
• Engage with investors, mentors, experts, and vendors to provide comprehensive support for startups.
• Forge partnerships with service providers, stakeholders, and ecosystem enablers.
• Represent the organization at conferences and forums to enhance visibility and promote initiatives.
• Organize bootcamps, challenges, hackathons, and events to foster innovation and collaboration.
