Innovation Analyst

Role Overview: As an Innovation Analyst joining our team for a Contract, Hybrid role based in Delhi, you will play a significant role in establishing and managing the Startup Tunnel. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing startups, organizing events, and setting up the infrastructure for the Startup Tunnel. Key Responsibilities: - Bring in startups, particularly in the field of AI/ML, and build a robust pipeline of 100+ startups. - Contribute to the design, delivery, and overall management of the Startup Tunnel's acceleration program and its portfolio. - Assemble startup cohorts, mentor them on growth hacking strategies, and develop effective Go-to-Market plans. - Establish virtual events verticals and lead the conceptualization of incubation-acceleration programs. - Build strong relationships with investors, mentors, and ecosystem partners. - Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify challenges, define problems, and source external solutions to drive innovation within the organization.
