Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-precision injection moulds for plastic components using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, UG NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).
Interpret 2D/3D component drawings and translate them into feasible mould designs.
Ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles are applied during the design stage.
Coordinate with tool room and production teams for mould trials, modifications, and final approvals.
Select appropriate materials and components for moulds based on performance and durability.
Resolve issues related to mould fitting, parting lines, ejection systems, and cooling circuits.
Maintain and update design documentation, BOMs, and revision controls.
Provide technical support during mould manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
Optimize designs to reduce cycle time, improve product quality, and increase mould life.
Collaborate with suppliers and clients to finalize product and mould design specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,627.99 - ₹90,080.73 per month
