Injection Molding Supervisor

1. Well knowledge injection moulding

2. Handling all inhouse field process injection line.

3. Control manpower.

4. Report to Management.

5. Communication MIS Report.

6. Communication skill & Computer Knowledge of SAP/ ERP

7. The candidate will be responsible for all the plastic injection molding processes/shopfloor people management Leading production and continuous improvements for Injection moulding shopfloor.

8. The candidate will be responsible to reach the company's KPI goals (OEE, OTD, customer complaint, scrap rate, etc.), and leading continuous improvement projects. The candidate will report to the Manager of Manufacturing.

9. Coordinate machine and set-up, planning to meet production plan Injection molding process troubleshooting expertise/basic tooling & machine maintenance knowledge.

10. Drive root-cause analysis and improvement proposals Build moulding competence in the team Technically oversee and support validations of new products.

11. Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output

12. Lead a small team of people in execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, training, maintenance and in continuous improvement

13. Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement

14. Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within molding department

15. Implement and manage all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all injection molding equipment Physical Demands

16. · Rejection analysis and Daily shift production report filling and review.

17. · Responsible for rejection and scrap generation for shift.

18. Manpower training, allocation and handling.

19. Wastage analysis – machine hours, rejections, scrap generation, manpower.

20. Follow & maintain ISO 9001-2015 operational guidelines and Maintaining the required safety on shop floor, Maintaining required 5S on shop floor.

21. Acquire and maintain hourly , daily and monthly production data

22.Liaise closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement

23 Liaise and purchase raw materials from suppliers

24. Lead , train and guide the production team

25. Hands-on required at times.

26. Identify, properly contain, and label scrap/purging.

27.Perform any secondary processes

28. Perform rework as necessary.

29. Clean work cell during shift and before shift change.

Knowledge required–

· Plastic raw material properties, material shrinkage.

· Effect on plastic material properties on its mechanical properties.

· Plastic injection molding processing.

· Injection molding machine operations.

· Injection moulding machine daily maintenance.

· Knowledge about the mould functioning & its operations.

· Post molding operations and assembly operations.

· ISO 9001-2015 guidelines & its execution.

· PPAP guidelines and its execution.

· Safety & 5S aspects on shop floor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
