Your main responsibility will be to develop existing or new business by coordinating business development actions and identifying opportunities within your specified vertical for larger accounts. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with the commercial policy while focusing on key objectives, including managing Key Accounts, negotiating rates with customers, maintaining sales management processes, monitoring performance against targets, developing account plans, and facilitating the transition of new business into operations. Regular review sessions with customers will also be conducted to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the freight forwarding industry. Experience in developing SME and national accounts, particularly in the Healthcare sector, is essential. A successful track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in a competitive environment is required. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events is expected, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
