Infrastructure Support Engineer

As an Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. Your main goal will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities: - Work with the Dev team and Infra team to manage upgrades and remediation of EOVS and Vulnerability items across SMC application environments. - Coordinate closely with Vendors and CTI teams to understand upcoming upgrades and plan-ahead with application components. Qualifications: - 4-8 years of relevant experience in managing Infra Support roles - Excellent communication skills to engage across teams, proactive learner who can plan seamlessly working with stakeholders - Must have: - Knowledge of Operating system Linux and scripting - Knowledge of Networking / Load balancers - Knowledge of Storage concepts (NAS / SAN) - Knowledge of HBA / Hardware - Good to Have: - Scripting Language Linux - Oracle - DevSecOps - Understanding of ECS architecture / implementation Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience Please note that this job description offers a high-level overview of the work performed.
