Infrastructure Project Manager

As a Project Manager - Infrastructure at TP, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects related to infrastructure. You will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion. Your role will involve preparing reports for upper management to provide updates on project status. We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in IT projects planning, organizing, implementation, and deployment. You should be familiar with setting up infrastructure from scratch and managing computer networks, servers, and overall infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include leading and directing the work of others, planning and coordinating new client launches, facility start-ups, and requirements gathering in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in the breakdown, relocation, and setup of facilities for site relocations, upgrades, and new location builds. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Servers, Storage, SFTP, Data center setup, DHCP, VLAN, Zscaler, Firewall, and the Aspect/Genesys platform. Your role will require a high level of creativity and autonomy to accomplish project goals effectively.
