Infrastructure Management / Capacity Management/ Disaster Recovery

As an Infrastructure Manager in our organization, you will play a crucial role in Infrastructure Management, Disaster Recovery, and Capacity Management. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing the IT infrastructure, ensuring data continuity, managing IT support, contributing to strategic planning, disaster recovery planning, capacity management, and optimizing IT costs. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement the organization's IT infrastructure, covering hardware, software, networks, and systems. - Maintain and support the infrastructure to meet business needs effectively. - Ensure data continuity for disaster recovery purposes. - Manage IT support deliverables and offer technical assistance to users. - Contribute to IT strategic planning to align infrastructure with business goals. - Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, procedures, and documentation. - Assess risks and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies. - Implement data recovery processes and regularly test disaster recovery plans. - Collaborate with other teams during disasters to ensure business continuity. - Forecast IT capacity needs based on business growth and allocate resources efficiently. - Monitor IT infrastructure performance and optimize capacity planning. - Optimize IT costs by ensuring effective resource utilization. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in managing Infrastructure Management, Disaster Recovery, and Capacity Management. - Experience in L3 Production Support. - Proficiency in Python Scripting for troubleshooting and debugging. - Flexibility to work in shifts. - ITIL Certification or good understanding of ITIL Concepts (Good-to-Have). - Good communication skills and a team player attitude (Good-to-Have).,
