Job Description

Manage and troubleshoot **Windows/Linux systems**, ensuring high availability and performance.
Perform **software packaging, installation, and configuration*for applications.
Handle **network setup, security configurations, and incident troubleshooting**.
Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to **ensure system readiness*for CI/CD pipelines and multi-product environments.
Conduct **root cause analysis (RCA)*and implement preventive measures for infra/security issues.
Support **security compliance initiatives**, ensuring IT systems meet organizational and industry standards.
Automate routine operations wherever possible (installation, monitoring, patching).
Provide **timely escalations, proactive monitoring, and knowledge-sharing*within the team.
Responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of CT scanners
