Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure and Platform Architect L2 with 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow Core to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software services.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement scalable infrastructure architectures using ServiceNow Core.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and platform architecture.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure and platform architecture.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for infrastructure and platform architecture.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Core and its applications.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
