Infrastructure Analyst

As you step into your new role reporting to an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in monitoring and supporting WBD's Global Network and Infrastructure platforms. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely escalation of tickets and issues, following the Major Incident outage process, and facilitating effective communication with internal teams, executives, and customer services teams. You will be part of a unified technical operations team that collaborates across disciplines to provide monitoring and support for WBD's technical infrastructure. This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement into more technical positions within the Technology & Operations teams. Working alongside Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators in Krakow or Hyderabad, your role involves monitoring and providing 1st line support for WBD's network, infrastructure, and digital services globally. Operating on a hybrid model, you will be expected to work shifts, including weekends and night shifts, and be present in the office three times a week to ensure seamless support 24x7x365. Your key responsibilities include monitoring production network and platforms in real time, resolving issues or escalating them to Tier 2/3 engineers, writing outage notifications, managing tickets in ServiceNow, maintaining Knowledge Base(s), ensuring detailed shift handovers, and providing support during high priority outages. To excel in this role, you must have the right to work in India, flexibility to work varying shifts, 1+ years of experience in providing technical support, familiarity with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and other Service Management tools, basic knowledge of Networking, Linux, and/or Virtualization, ability to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
