Job Description

As an IT Infrastructure Analyst at CustomerXPs, your primary responsibility will be managing our expanding IT clients" infrastructure and service delivery. You will play a crucial role in recommending solutions, developing best practices, and ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our enterprise IT systems. This includes validating and verifying service solutions, managing installations, resolving escalated IT support issues, and maintaining documentation. Your role will involve overseeing the complete installation of our product, including hardware stacks at customer premises and data centers. You will diagnose and solve complex problems in computer systems, address network errors, security issues, and server malfunctions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting measures, documenting changes and adhering to change management procedures. Moreover, you will work closely with the Infrastructure Architect to align plans with security protocols, communicate infrastructure changes to management, and minimize disruptions during transitions. Monitoring network system performance, analyzing infrastructural operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and reporting on gaps will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Skills: - Understanding of IT infrastructure architecture, data centers, and disaster recovery centers - Experience with data center servers, storage, security, backup, and networking technologies - Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, Linux services, and enterprise-level servers - Knowledge of emerging technologies like cloud computing and virtualization - Ability to install, configure, maintain, and support server systems and databases Your Education/Qualification: - Bachelor's degree or MS in Engineering or equivalent - 4 to 7 years of relevant experience Join us at CustomerXPs, an endorsed Category Leader in Financial Crime Risk Management Systems, and be part of our mission to redefine real-time, cross-channel banking Enterprise Fraud Management using advanced AI technology.
