About The Role

Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:As a Senior Infrastructure Managed Senior Analyst – Windows Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for leading the administration, Windows Servers Build, and support of enterprise-scale Microsoft Windows Server and Azure IaaS environments. You will serve as the go-to technical expert for Windows domain services, driving operational excellence, automation, and security compliance across complex hybrid infrastructures.This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to guide junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless infrastructure operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Build, Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure IaaS environments"”Virtual Machines, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Availability Zones, Backup & Restore, and Azure Site Recovery (ASR).

Should have hands on experience on Terraform, Devops, CI CD Pipeline.

Manage patching, upgrades, and security hardening for Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and domain infrastructure.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems

Proven experience with Azure IaaS, including compute, networking, storage, and backup components.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex troubleshooting efforts and deliver stable, secure infrastructure solutions.

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Azure IaaS.

Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Windows Server and domain-related issues across production, Test and DR environments.

Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell preferred) to streamline domain and server management tasks.

Collaborate with security, network, and application teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and service continuity.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation in infrastructure management.

Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).

Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), AZ-305 (Solutions Architect), MCSA, or MCSE are highly preferred.Education qualification:Btech or equivalent
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
