Project Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description:

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products, both remotely and onsite. You will be responsible for implementing technology at the operating system level across various platforms and performing basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

• IBM WebSphere MQ

Minimum Experience Required:

• 7.5 years

Educational Qualification:

• 15 years full-time education

Summary:

In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of production and development systems. Your responsibilities will include hardware/software support and troubleshooting on various platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IBM WebSphere MQ.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams for key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of production and development systems.
• Perform hardware/software support for configured services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues at L1 and L2 levels.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.

• Additional Skills:

• Strong understanding of system maintenance and support.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of operating system-level implementation.
• Familiarity with various server and network areas.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ.
• This position is based at our Indore office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
