Job Description :

Mandatory Skills: Infra PM

Minimum Experience: 8

Maximum Experience: 15

Location : Bangalore

Shifts : Rotational shifts

Strong background managing database migration or infrastructure execution projects.

Proven experience in Sybase to MSSQL migration or similar RDBMS transitions.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks with the ability to drive execution-focused sprints.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and coordination skills.
Experience working with onshore-offshore delivery teams.
Familiarity with change control, deployment coordination, and incident management.
