• Study business processes, identify gaps, and suggest practical improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices, technology changes, and business trends.
• Use modern AI-based tools for documentation, planning, wireframing, and workflow improvement.
• Conduct and participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations.
• Support smooth project delivery and ensure the outcome meets the expected requirements.

• Knowledge of different business domains and how they work.
• Experience in preparing documentation such as BRD, FRD, workflows, and process maps.
