The Support Analyst(s) need to have foundational skills & experience with InfoSec Support Ops
Good communication, neutral accent.
Experience with troubleshooting issues in Endpoint PCs, Servers, Firewalls, VPN clients and other similar tools or practices.
Experience with AV tools, vulnerability scanning/mgmt platforms, phishing prevention practices and other similar tools or practices..
Experience with SentinelOne Singularity Platform is a big plus.
Responding to Incidents, Tracking, Coordination & Triaging of Incoming requests related to threats, vulnerabilities & alerts from different sources to Enterprise & Regional teams for remediation.
