Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and expanding sales initiatives in Computer Hardware, IT Networking Equipment, and Security Solutions at SENCILLA TEC SOLUTIONS. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, building client relationships, mentoring a sales team, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans in the hardware, networking, and security segments. - Drive revenue growth through existing client accounts and new customer acquisition. - Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and enterprise clients. - Identify client needs and provide expert consultation on suitable products and solutions. - Lead and mentor a team of junior sales representatives, setting KPIs and monitoring performance. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. - Participate in pricing negotiations, tenders, and RFP/RFQ processes. - Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. - Promote and sell IT products including computers, servers, networking devices, and security solutions. - Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate and SME customers. - Prepare and deliver presentations and product demos tailored to client needs. - Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. - Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales efficiently. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to provide customized solutions. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology trends and products. - Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management. Qualification Required: - Proven skills in IT Sales and Lead Generation. - Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships. - Knowledge and application of Information Technology solutions. - Strong Sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in the technology sector is highly desirable.,
