Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager at SENCILLA TEC SOLUTIONS, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our sales initiatives in Computer Hardware, IT Networking Equipment, and Security Solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in these segments. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through existing client accounts and acquiring new customers across various industry verticals. To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in B2B technology sales, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets through strategic account management and new business development. You will need to build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and enterprise clients, identify and respond to client needs, and provide expert consultation on suitable products and solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to lead and mentor a team of junior sales representatives, set KPIs, and monitor performance. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies will be crucial to your success in this role. You will also participate in pricing negotiations, tenders, and RFP/RFQ processes, collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management. Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research, as well as promoting and selling IT products including computers, servers, networking devices, and security solutions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships with corporate and SME customers, preparing and delivering presentations and product demos tailored to client needs, understanding client requirements, recommending appropriate solutions, preparing quotes, following up on proposals, and closing sales efficiently will all be part of your day-to-day activities. To be successful in this role, you must have proven skills in IT Sales and Lead Generation, experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships, knowledge and application of Information Technology solutions, strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience in the technology sector is highly desirable.
