Job Summary :

IT Project Manager with strong PLM expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Engineering IT and PLM-related projects with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes
• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed and flexible project plans aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment across geographically distributed teams
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates, reports, and documentation
• Support PLM application lifecycle activities including implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance, and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience

  in IT Project Management
• Strong hands-on experience managing

  PLM projects

  , with expertise in

  Siemens Teamcenter

• Good understanding of

  ECAD, MCAD, or ALM systems

• Experience with

  application management, system upgrades, and data migrations

• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office tools

  and

  MS Project

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global delivery and offshore teams
• Exposure to engineering or manufacturing domain environments
• PMP or other Project Management certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
