Job Description

We re looking for emerging talent who have a passion for applying technology to enable healthcare, are able to work on a team as well as independently, and enjoy learning new technologies.

Join us as Interns and continue your career progression in our IT Talent Pipeline to the Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) program, a full-time opportunity upon graduating.

As interns you will get to apply your education to impactful, real-world projects , Gain professional experience while exploring and defining your career goals and Build your network and connections through structured activities.

Once you complete your internship you will get an opportunity to be hired as a full-time ETR role.

ETR s get Hands-on learning to tackle critical, real-world projects and stretch assignments, an on-assignment mentor and career guidance from ETR program lead. ETRs receive competitive compensation, benefits, mentorship, and resources for professional and personal growth.

As part of the Information Technology team, your assignment could include a role focused on:

Education Qualification:

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelors program, with a graduation date of June/July 2026. Preferred majors include Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Science, pharma and other related fields.
Consider batches who can do their internship from Jan to June 2026 and graduate in June/July 2026 and continue as full time ETR employee from July 2026.
Candidates must be an Indian citizen, lawful permanent resident of India or otherwise authorized to work in India without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Willing to be part of multiple immersive rotations and business areas
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to learn a complex business environment and new concepts quickly
Comfortability with applying for an ambiguous role & being placed in an area that may or may not be within a candidates comfort zone
Self-starter and will work with limited supervision
Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, helping the organization think differently for the changing IT landscape.
