Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Entire Transition Lifecycle

You will handle:

• Pre-transition (planning, scoping, collecting requirements)
• Transition phase (execution, tracking progress, coordinating teams)
• Post-transition (stabilizing and handing over to operations)

2. Project Planning & Delivery

• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans
• Track milestones, timelines, and project expenses
• Follow Wipro's Transition Management processes and governance model
• Ensure the project brings business value

3. Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders
• Provide regular project updates to clients and management
• Lead SLA discussions by involving the right teams
• Work with teams in Bangalore and globally

4. Technical & Process Responsibilities

• Scope new projects
• Document processes, requirements, and outcomes
• Design, procure, and deploy needed technology (mainly networking)
• Ensure continuous improvement and adopt best practices
• Coordinate with multiple teams across the organization

5. Smooth Handover

• Ensure seamless transition to operations teams after project completion

Required Experience

• 710 years in IT Infrastructure
• At least 23 years in Transition Management
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge of:

• ITIL processes
• PMP methodologies
• Six Sigma

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.
