Information Technology Infrastructure Director

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As the Director of IT Infrastructure, you will lead the IT Infrastructure and IT Security teams to manage on-premises datacenter assets, end user systems, and on-cloud SaaS / PaaS / IaaS services. Your strategic oversight of Microsoft and Open-Source technologies will involve transitioning workloads to a hybrid cloud ecosystem in alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define strategic direction for IT ecosystem aligning with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives - Formulate and implement IT and InfoSec policies - Manage vendor relationships and oversee cost optimization - Develop change management processes and foster an innovative, collaborative, and high-performance environment - Lead initiatives to migrate on-premises workloads to Microsoft Azure and integrate Open-Source tools like Docker and Kubernetes - Manage on-premises servers, ensuring reliability, availability, performance, and security of IT assets - Oversee network architecture, connectivity uptime, and network performance - Implement maintenance schedules, monitor datacenter operations, and set up IT Infrastructure Monitoring Tools - Implement and manage security measures, conduct regular security assessments, and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures - Monitor and respond to security incidents and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards - Identify opportunities for technological improvements and innovation - Promote the adoption of emerging technologies and drive Infrastructure and Network Security maturity improvements - Rewire current processes for IT Service Management and align IT services with business needs using ITIL principles - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence **Qualifications:** - Graduate with a Full-Time employment commitment - 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and information security - Proven experience leading complex hybrid IT teams and transitioning workloads to a hybrid cloud ecosystem - Experience implementing and managing IT Security, Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Frameworks, security audits - Technical proficiency with Microsoft and Open-Source technologies - Experience with managing datacenter operations, network systems, virtualization environments, IT process optimization - Relevant industry certifications will be advantageous (Note: Additional details about the company were not present in the job description),
