Information Technology Expert

As an IT Expert, you will be responsible for the overall monitoring of the project, serving as the key nodal person of the bidder. Your duties will also include conducting monthly reviews of the project with management, providing training to system users and the IT/admin team, and submitting user manuals and admin manuals. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the project progress and ensure all aspects are on track - Act as the main point of contact for the bidder and liaise with them effectively - Conduct monthly reviews with the management to discuss project status and any issues - Provide training sessions for system users and the IT/admin team - Develop and submit user manuals and admin manuals for reference Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/BE in CS/IT/ECE/BSc IT/BCA with M.Tech/MSc-IT/MCA Experience: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in the IT/ITES industry - At least 4 years of experience in the power sector - Proven experience in Design & Development, testing, and implementation of CRM software Join our team and contribute your expertise to drive successful IT projects in the power sector.,
