Information Technology Developer

As a skilled Zoho Developer with hands-on experience in Zoho One suite, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom business solutions using Zoho applications, automating processes with Deluge scripting, and integrating Zoho with third-party tools via REST APIs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator - Customize and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, SalesIQ, and other Zoho One Apps - Manage the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and support - Understand internal business processes and collaborate with teams to tailor Zoho applications accordingly - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with Zoho Support - Test new functionality in sandbox environments before production deployment - Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across Zoho apps - Build dynamic reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making - Implement advanced Deluge scripts, workflows, Blueprints, Schedules, and Command Center automations - Develop and maintain integrations with external platforms such as Xero via REST APIs - Provide training and user support to internal teams - Stay up to date with the latest Zoho features, updates, and best practices **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field - 2+ years of experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho One applications - Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and custom function development - Experience with REST APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) for Zoho and third-party integrations - Understanding of CRM systems and sales/marketing workflows - Ability to design relational database models within Zoho Creator - Familiarity with webhooks, connections, widgets, and client scripts - Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for UI customizations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities,
