Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications, including creating workflow charts, diagrams, and documentation (SRS, FRS).
• Act as the primary liaison between end-users and software development teams, managing expectations and resolving complex issues.
• Design, develop, and implement efficient IT systems and solutions to meet business and technology needs.
• Maintain, modify, and manage software systems, and applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing procedures to confirm program functionality and performance.
• Research and recommend new technologies and best practices to enhance system performance and business processes.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure timely and effective implementation of technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech (CS or IT) or MCA.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT services industry, with at least 4 years as an IT Consultant.
• Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the latest technology trends and software development methodologies.
