Information Technology Auditor and Compliance Lead

As an IT Audit Compliance Lead at a Scheduled commercial Bank based in Thrissur, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in driving and supervising IT related audits with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful end-to-end audit cycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and coordinating major audits such as RBI CSITE IT Audit, IS Audit (external & internal), statutory audit, vendor audits, etc. - Coordinating with external auditors regarding audits conducted in the IT Department, providing responses to audit queries/remarks, and furnishing additional evidence requested by auditors. - Conducting discussions on draft audit reports for finalization with the auditors. - Escalating any delays in closure/response with Senior Management and other internal or external stakeholders. - Participating in various discussions on audit interviews and determining closing timelines and methods. - Engaging in Regulatory change management meetings with Senior Management to follow up on audit-related regulatory changes. - Collaborating with IT Leads and Process Owners to enhance compliance on audit observations and ensure their closure. - Establishing, maintaining, coordinating, and overseeing audit compliance with policies and procedures related to the confidentiality, integrity, and security of information assets. Key Competencies: - Intermediate level knowledge on IT & InfoSec aspects. - Strong knowledge of MS Office package, data analysis, and data interpretation skills. - Good communication and presentation skills. Qualification Required: - MCA/B. Tech in IT with comprehensive IT exposure of 7+ years. - InfoSec/IT-Audit related certifications like DISA, CISA are preferred.,
