Job Description: The Information Systems Operations Manager oversees the operational integrity and strategic utilization of an organization's information systems. Key responsibilities include managing data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform business decisions and generating comprehensive reports for leadership. This role is central to maintaining system functionality and efficiency, including troubleshooting and upgrades, and is paramount in establishing and upholding data security, backup, and recovery plans. The manager will actively participate in strategic planning, advising on how information systems can enhance business processes, and will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical guidance and analytical solutions.
