Information Security Engineering Manager for Secure Development (SecDev)

In this role as an Information Security Engineering Manager at Wells Fargo, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for designing, testing, and providing issue resolution recommendations for highly complex security solutions. Your duties will include managing security consulting on large projects, possessing expertise in current and emerging security solutions, reviewing security logs, managing computer security incident response activities, conducting technical investigations of security incidents, and implementing information security measures such as risk management and threat identification. Your qualifications should include at least 4 years of Information Security Engineering experience or equivalent, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education, as well as at least 2 years of leadership experience. Desired qualifications include expertise in secure coding standards, agile secure SDLC, EPL integration, application security vulnerabilities, and remediation strategies. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or information systems is preferred, along with professional certifications like CSSLP, CISM, or CISSP. You will also be responsible for managing the allocation of resources for Information Security Architecture, mentoring and guiding the talent development of direct reports, and assisting in hiring talent. Additionally, you should be comfortable with making and presenting recommendations to a wide audience of stakeholders, staying informed on current security threats, and communicating secure development concepts effectively.
