Roles:

Act as a point of contact for collecting, managing, and providing accurate information.

Support business teams (sales, marketing, operations, customer service) by retrieving required data from internal databases or external sources.

Maintain updated records, documents, and knowledge bases to ensure easy access.

Assist in decision-making by providing quick and reliable information.

Ensure confidentiality, security, and accuracy of data while retrieving or sharing it.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Retrieval-

Gather information from company systems, databases, internet, or client records.

Quickly retrieve and provide requested information to relevant departments.

2. Database & Record Management-

Maintain organized files, reports, and knowledge repositories.

Update records regularly for accuracy and relevance.

3. Information Verification-

Cross-check and validate data before sharing.

Ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and reliable.

4. Support to Teams-

Provide timely information to sales, marketing, HR, or customer support teams.

Help with research for decision-making or client support.

5. Confidentiality & Security-

Handle sensitive information responsibly.

Follow data privacy and company compliance policies.

6. Reporting & Documentation-

Prepare summary reports based on collected data.

Document processes and maintain audit trails.

7. Continuous Improvement-

Suggest better ways to organize, store, and retrieve data.

Use tools/technology to make information retrieval faster and more efficient.
