1. Looking for candidates with 7 to 12 years of experience.
2. Extensive experience in developing and implementing ETL processes using Informatica, IICS, and IBM DataStage.
3. Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle packages/procedures, and data warehousing concepts.
4. Strong expertise in platform design, cost, and size estimation.
5. Proven ability to manage client interactions and projects effectively.
6. Experience in the finance (insurance) domain is preferred.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams.
8. Ability to drive business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
