Infor M3 Finance Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Infor M3 Finance module implementations and enhancements for international clients.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Configure Infor M3 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Tax, etc.) according to best practices.
• Support integration of Finance with other functional areas (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Distribution).
• Perform system testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Direct engagement with European customers, working in multinational environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  2-5 years of Infor M3 / Cloudsuite Finance consulting or equivalent ERP Finance modules (implementation or support).

• Core Knowledge:

  General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and multi-country finance and tax configurations.

• Certifications:

  Infor M3 certifications in Finance modules (nice to have but not mandatory).

• Skills:

  Strong analytical skills, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation.

• Domain Expertise:

  Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, or Distribution industry exposure is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability; comfortable working with international teams.

• Location:

  Coworking office in Pune, hybrid more, availability for periodic travel to client sites in Europe. Availability to participate in meetings in European timezones.
