Role Overview: At OpenText, you will be at the forefront of AI-driven innovation, transforming work processes, and empowering digital knowledge workers. As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in architecting Enterprise Content Management solutions, guiding customers on sizing and scaling of architectures, and executing installations and configurations. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the sustainability of large content volumes from various sources like SAP Data, Email, Documents, and Images. You will collaborate with the sales team to scope specialized proposals for customer engagements and act as a leading authority on architecting proper Enterprise architectures. Key Responsibilities: - Represent OpenText professionally to customers, partners, and internal personnel - Architect Enterprise Content Management solutions, assist customers with sizing and scaling, and perform installations and configurations - Support and report to engagement project manager during active customer engagements - Establish relationships with client technical counterparts, participate in client meetings, and assist in proposal creation - Understand requirements, conduct detailed design, determine level of effort, and plan implementation approach - Perform installation, development, configuration, integration, and testing activities - Prepare and submit activity/progress reports, keep project managers informed, and provide knowledge transfer to team members - Adhere to processes and methodologies, report deviations, and acquire OpenText Proven Certification in Documentum Content Management Qualifications Required: - Desired experience in architecting Enterprise Content Management solutions and assisting with sizing, scaling, installation, and configuration - Strong expertise in Documentum Content Server, DFS, DFC, BOF, DQL - Proficiency in working with D2/D2 SmartView Configurations and custom plugin creations - Solid understanding of Operating System platforms, Storage platforms, databases, cloud deployment providers, and integration with external vendors - Proficiency in Database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and/or PGSQL, network architecture, security, virtual environments, backup structures - General knowledge of web servers, browsers, and internet applications - Proficient in programming using Core Java, JSP, JDBC, Servlets, XML, XSLT, HTML, SQL, Microsoft .NET, C#, VB, ODBC - Strong analytical skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, excellent communication skills, and good team and interpersonal skills (Note: For any assistance or accommodation due to a disability during the application process, please submit a ticket at Ask HR.
