• Recruitment & Relationship Building

  : Identify and recruit micro-influencers, nurture long-term relationships, and transform hesitant influencers into brand advocates.

• Negotiation & Deal Making

  : Use data-backed offers and negotiation strategies, including tiered commissions and creative freedom, to secure long-term partnerships and maximize ROI.

• Campaign Management

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers or up to 6 months of relevant internship/work experience
• Need to have laptop/ internet facility at home as this role will be hybrid model .

• Verbal communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and fluency in English is a must.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing.
• Understanding of compliance, transparency, and ethical standards in influencer partnerships.
