About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiation (Priority):

  Converting "Interested" influencers into partners. Your goal is to negotiate the best rates or high-value barter deals.

• Creative Strategy:

  Writing the video scripts, defining the "hook," and explaining the video concept to the influencer.

• Quality Control:

  Reviewing raw videos strictly against our SOPs (lighting, audio, brand pronunciation) and requesting changes if needed.

• Campaign Management:

  Ensuring influencers post on time, use the correct tags, and adhere to the contract.

• Team Leadership:

  Guiding the Outreach Intern on which types of profiles to look for.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience

  in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Social Media Management.

• Strong Negotiation Skills:

  You should know how to lower a price or pitch a barter deal effectively.

• Creative Writing:

  You must be able to write engaging scripts that drive sales.

• Strict Standard:

  You must have an eye for detail and not be afraid to tell an influencer to "Reshoot" if the video isn't good.

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets

  to manage the campaign pipeline.

• Timings:

  10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 Days a week)

• Salary:

  ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
