Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, targeting health-conscious audiences with relevant messaging
Manage advertising budgets prudently, focusing on metrics like CTR, conversions, and ROAS
A/B test creatives, formats, and audiences to enhance effectiveness of paid efforts
Strategy & Analytics
Design integrated social strategies that align with marketing goals for OTC product categories
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, platform insights, and CMS systems to monitor performance and inform strategy
Stay informed on regulatory guidelines for OTC marketing and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaboration & Content Development
Work cross-functionally with product teams, designers, and content writers to craft compliant and engaging content (copy, visuals, short-form videos)
Manage partnerships with micro-influencers or healthcare bloggers to bolster credible brand advocacy.
Compliance & Industry Knowledge
Ensure all digital content meets pharmaceutical regulations, self-medication guidelines, and internal brand standards
Monitor competitors and industry trends in OTC marketing to inform creative and strategic thinking
Strategy Development:
Create and implement integrated influencer and content marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Influencer Management:
Identify, vet, and recruit relevant influencers across various platforms, building strong relationships for long-term partnerships.
Content Creation:
Develop creative content concepts and ideas that align with brand messaging and resonate with specific target audiences.
Campaign Execution:
Coordinate and manage the execution of influencer campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Performance Analysis:
