You will be working with Trackd by Techno Be With You, India's first YouTube IP showcasing techno music sets in stunning Indian locations. Your role will involve: - Identifying, pitching, and securing sponsorships with brands in alcohol, lifestyle, and tech industries. - Building long-term partnerships with influencers, artists, and agencies. - Creating effective brand integration strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and live events. - Negotiating contracts, deliverables, and sponsorship packages. - Tracking partnership performance and compiling reports. - Staying updated on market trends and competitor collaborations. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or influencer marketing. - A strong network within the alcohol, lifestyle, and tech industries. Experience with festival or music brands is a bonus. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - A creative approach to branded content and sponsorship opportunities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter. Nice to have: - Passion for music, nightlife, and youth culture. - Experience working with creators, festivals, or lifestyle IPs. - Ability to identify emerging influencer talent.
