Influencer Onboarding

As an Influencer Onboarding Executive at Hoora, India's fastest-growing Vehicle 360 company, your role will involve identifying, connecting with, and onboarding influencers across various social media platforms. You will play a key part in establishing long-term relationships with influencers and ensuring their smooth integration into our campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify influencers that align with brand goals, audience, and campaigns. - Reach out to potential influencers through email, calls, and social platforms. - Onboard influencers by explaining collaboration processes, brand guidelines, deliverables, and expectations. - Maintain influencer databases, contracts, and communication records. - Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to brief influencers on campaigns. - Ensure timely submission of content and adherence to brand compliance. - Monitor influencer performance during onboarding and address any issues. - Assist in developing influencer engagement strategies for long-term partnerships. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, or a similar role (freshers with strong social media knowledge may apply). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, social media trends, and analytics tools. - Highly organized with attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
