Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution. You will also monitor performance, generate actionable insights, and work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and shortlisting relevant influencers based on campaign goals and target audience.
  • Support outreach and communication with influencers to ensure smooth collaboration and timely content delivery.
  • Help coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and creative briefs with internal teams and external influencers.
  • Monitor influencer posts to ensure brand guidelines and campaign requirements are followed.
  • Collect, track, and organize campaign data such as reach, engagement, impressions, and content performance.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and post-campaign analyses for internal and client review.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in influencer marketing, platform algorithm changes, and content best practices.
  • Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for campaign strategies and influencer engagement.

Qualifications

  • 01 year of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (internships or college projects are a plus).
  • Strong interest in social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and influencer culture.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign planning.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write professional and engaging messages.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn how to interpret performance data.
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools/platforms is a bonus but not required.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time basis.
