As a Business Development Manager in the domain of Influencer Marketing/Media, you will be responsible for driving business account acquisition by screening potential opportunities, generating leads, conducting client meetings, negotiating deals, and achieving targets for acquiring new brands for influencer/content marketing services. Your role will involve developing new and existing leads for influencer/creator-driven campaigns and collaborating closely with clients, ad agencies, and creative agencies to provide the best creators-driven marketing solutions. You will work with the team to create client pitches, monitor quarterly and annual sales targets, secure brand sponsorships for the PunToon Kids YouTube channel network, conduct competitors analysis, and perform market research. Building and nurturing relationships with advertising and creative agencies will also be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a detailed understanding of the influencer market, have a good working relationship with digital media agencies, and hold a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Digital Media Sales, with at least 1 year in the influencer domain/content marketing sales. Strong connections with brand managers, brand owners, and agencies are essential for success in this role. A graduate-level education is required for this position.
