Role Overview

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at YAAS, you&aposll drive strategic partnerships with content creators across YouTube and Instagram platforms. You&aposll develop and execute influencer campaigns across finance, travel, lifestyle, tech, and career verticals while managing relationships with creators and negotiating collaboration terms. This role combines strategic thinking with relationship management skills to deliver impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies across target verticals (finance, travel, lifestyle, tech, careers)
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new influencers for brand partnerships
  • Lead cost negotiations with influencers and their management teams
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution from briefing to performance analysis
  • Serve as primary relationship manager for influencer partnerships
  • Create campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverable specifications
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize for better results
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Build and maintain a robust database of creator partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams on campaign content development
  • Stay current with platform algorithm changes and emerging influencer marketing trends
  • Track campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective spending across all partnerships

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships
  • Proven track record with YouTube and Instagram campaign management
  • Strong understanding of Indian digital landscape and regional audience preferences
  • Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated cost optimization abilities
  • Passion for digital content creation and staying current with platform trends
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • Superior communication and relationship management abilities
  • Analytical mindset for campaign performance optimization
  • Understanding of various content formats across finance, travel, lifestyle, tech, and career verticals
  • Ability to balance creative vision with budget constraints and brand requirements
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and campaign tracking platforms
  • Basic knowledge of content creation processes and social media algorithms
