Role Description

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including strategy development, influencer outreach, negotiation, campaign execution, and performance analysis. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, identifying relevant partnership opportunities, and ensuring brand alignment in collaborations. Additionally, you will track campaign performance using analytics to optimize future strategies and meet key performance indicators.

• Proven expertise in Influencer Outreach, Campaign Management, and Negotiation
• Strong skills in Analytics, Reporting, and Performance Optimization
• Proficiency in written and verbal Communication, Relationship Building, and Networking
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and independently with time management
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and knowledge of industry trends is a plus
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
