Influencer Marketing Executive

As an Influencer Marketing Executive at ShopDeck, you will be responsible for leading UGC videos and influencer video creation, focusing on building a directory of influencers for paid or barter collaborations with sellers. Your role involves discovering creators, overseeing video execution, including scripting and quality control for over 500+ sellers, and contributing to the development of a product feature that enables sellers to discover, reach out, negotiate, brief, execute, and deliver videos. You will play a crucial role in fostering influencer relationships to enhance brand visibility and merchant profitability in the e-commerce space. Your responsibilities will include leading the discovery and onboarding of creators and influencers, managing the execution of UGC and influencer videos, developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, collaborating with sellers and internal teams, analyzing campaign performance, and maintaining relationships with influencers. You will also be required to stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices in UGC and e-commerce influencer marketing. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in influencer marketing or UGC creation, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, a creative mindset with expertise in content ideation, scripting, and video production, the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, and a focus on driving merchant profitability through innovative marketing. Proficiency in social media platforms, trends, and digital tools for influencer outreach and analytics is also essential. This position is based in Bangalore and requires working from the office six days a week.
