Influencer Marketing Associate Manager

We are searching for a dynamic self-starter to assist in our influencer marketing initiatives. This role is particularly suitable for early-career professionals who hold a strong passion for content, creators, and digital storytelling. Your primary responsibilities will include: Influencer Identification: - Identifying and assessing potential influencers on various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, etc., considering factors like the type of influencer (nano, micro, macro, celebrity), quality and relevance of followership, and niche expertise aligned with brand/category. Co-Creation & Communication: - Engaging and negotiating with influencers for partnerships, facilitating the creation of compelling content that aligns with campaign objectives, managing communication flow, timelines, and expectations. Execution & Tracking: - Monitoring campaign execution for factors such as frequency and quality of content, timely postings and compliance with brand guidelines, content amplification strategies, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders for content approval and release, tracking performance metrics like views, engagement, conversions, and sales impact.
