Role Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This is an entry-level, full-time role based out of our Bangalore office. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about social media, content, and influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators
• Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Track performance of influencer activities and prepare simple reports

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related fields (freshers welcome)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in social media trends and influencer collaborations
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
