1.Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers.

2.Onboarding the Influencers within the budget.

3.Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.

4.Following creative approaches to influencer campaigns on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.

5.Working with the marketing team to ideate content and Create content accordingly for different brands of the company.

6.Work with the team to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives. Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place.

7.Research relevant industry experts, competitors, and target audience.

8.Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.

9.Work alongside the Audience Insights and use social listening tools to identify and build an understanding of our target audiences and trends,

10.Agree with objectives for campaigns considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, leads, or sales as a starting point.

11.Analyze the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement

12.Any other tasks that are pertinent to your role in the organization or assigned by the CEO or reporting officer, which fall under the job of a research and development team member.

13.Support the CEO or Your reporting manager in monitoring, exploring, and building the envisioned material and strategies.

14.Monitor tasks delegated to you & ensure task completion within agreed deadlines, and maintain at least 75% of key performance indicators to justify your fixed pay.
