Influencer Executive

You will be joining a dynamic political strategy team in Pune as an Influencer Executive. Your role will involve understanding the influencer ecosystem and utilizing digital influencers to amplify political messaging and shape public narratives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement influencer strategies in line with political campaign objectives. - Identify and recruit influencers (macro, micro, nano) who resonate with the political vision. - Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and digital voices. - Supervise campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content. - Evaluate influencer performance, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI. - Collaborate closely with content, design, and social media teams to maintain message consistency. - Keep abreast of political trends, social sentiment, and digital culture shifts. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in political, digital agency, or advocacy sectors. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficient in current digital platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Moj, Sharechat, etc. - Passion for political content, public influence, and digital storytelling. - Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. - Must be located in Pune or willing to relocate; immediate joiners preferred.
